Hotel Policy
- Upon submitting booking requests, Mytrip.pk customer support officer will respond with booking confirmation or availability within 6 working hours (working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday)
- Upon receiving the confirmation of rooms’ availability, customer has to make the payment within 12 hours to receive final confirmation.
- Early check in/ late checkout are subject to availability & at hotel’s discretion. Standard Check in time is 2.00 pm and checkout time is 12.00 Pm.
- Usage of Extras i.e. other than room rent will be charged from guest directly at the time of checkout from the hotel like (extra mattress, food, laundry etc)
- MyTrip.pk is a service provider and doesn't own any property. Any complains related to hotel room should be communicated to hotel manager. "
